Our trainers work with you to develop a personalized strength training plan required to get you where you want to go.

When you work with a trainer, you’re getting fresh, safe, effective workouts–and you’re held accountable for showing up. It’s easier to cancel a workout appointment with yourself than it is to cancel an appointment with someone else, and knowing that your trainer is there and waiting for you is often all it takes to establish a consistent routine.

At BCMF Calstrong, we have something for everyone. We love incorporating all kinds of equipment and machines to keep the workouts fun while still challenging and effective. Safety is our top priority every time you come into the gym, whether you’re here for strength training or a cardio class. 

Our gym includes everything you need for the perfect strength-training program, including but not limited to dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, leg press machines, hack squat machines, smith machines, and more. Not sure how to use a piece of equipment? No worries–our experienced trainers are here to help.
