The Benefits of Group HIIT Training

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an exciting way to boost your fitness. HIIT utilizes short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest, allowing your mind to stay focused on the task at hand. 

HIIT spikes the heart rate up and down, burning the most fat in a short amount of time. This means you get more out of your workout, even if you don’t have an hour to spend in the gym. HIIT is one of the most efficient, effective–and fun–workout styles. When you’re giving your maximum effort for short periods of time, your brain gets fully focused. Many people find that HIIT workouts aren’t just great for the body–they’re great for stress management as well.

BCMF Calstrong uses a variety of equipment in our HIIT workouts. We’re committed to keeping things fresh–and safe. Varying equipment can lower the risk of injury by avoiding excessive repetitive motion. 

Our gym features all the essential training equipment, including sleds, bikes, rowers, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more. No worries if you’re a newbie to the gym–we’ll be there with you every step of the way, teaching you how to use equipment safely and effectively.
